U :  I was told there would be a seminar at the National Assembly Library in        February.
       Could you give me some information on that?
 
L : The seminar is a commemorative event for the 50th anniversary of the        National Assembly Library.  
       It will be held at 2 p.m. on Feb. 20 in the conference room of the Members'        Building under the title of "Development Strategy of the National Assembly        Library  in the 21st Century".
